Des out in the garden helping dad pick dinner. Hand the kid a cucumber and the instincts just kick in.
And what goes best with cucumbers? Dad’s hummus. With of a spoon.

Pulling himself up on just about anything he can, putting away groceries is suddenly interesting.

Des wasn’t seeming like himself, and after a quick Saturday trip the pediatrician, found that he has a double ear infection again. So lots of naps and cuddles this weekend.
Rub-A-Dub-Dub
Des’ new game: throwing toys that don’t belong in the bath into the bath.
Post-dinner rinse, now with shower sprayer. Des was enchanted.
First day
Des’ first day at the new daycare, his classroom was ready for him!
He took immediately to the new surroundings, so many things for the little ones
On his first day the played outside, visited the garden and got to know the other kids. Wednesday is water play outside.

His new trick is trying to stand up and climb out of the tub while he’s taking a bath. Fun.

A quick faucet repair job turning into replacing the faucet and sink (prior owner’s fault, not dad’s), the family takes a trip to the hardware store. Des is fascinated with all the shiny fixtures abound.
