…And then tries to take the recycling bin back to the garage. He can pick it up, but only waddles so far before relenting.
You know, just taking our new broom (thanks grandma!) for a walk
After a very early morning, many garage sales, and one park later, it was time for a pizza break. With crayons, of course.

Mom took Des to vote for the first time. Got to vote for our friend, Craig Moody.
To give mom some extra rest time, Des and dad set out for a morning adventure. After a stop at Harold’s Koffee House for some brunch to-go, it was further north to Dodge Park. Not even a first bite of donut could tear Des away from the berry and granola pancake.
Lots of pointing, from airplanes and boats to ducks and water.
