Apparently even daycare has holiday parties. Really it was just normal afternoon snacks and ornament crafts, only with parents. It’s a nice time though to see Des in his daily environment and interacting with classmates.
You don’t have to tell him twice to jump into the paints.
In retrospect, we are super impressed with just how clean he comes everyday.

A Saturday spent recouping, Des tests out the “new” rocking chair from great-grandma Jan (though mom remembers sitting in it as a child)
Not inseparable, but Des appears growing attached to his froggy. Here they are taking a stroll with the walker around the dining room.
